World Unlimited is a voluntary, not for profit organisation that has been promoting global roots music in Birmingham and the West Midlands since 1989. We take a pro-active role in the development, maintenance and consolidation of a pluralistic and multi-cultural society via live performances and workshops covering traditional and contemporary styles and a full range of genres. We have presented artists from over 80 different countries including Angelique Kidjo, Taj Mahal, Ani Di Franco, Ali Hassan Kuban, Diblo Dibala, Baaba Maal, Sharon Shannon, Gil Scott Heron, Olodum, Naxi Musicians of China, Ananda Shankar, Radio Tarifa and Son14.
