PRITAM RHYTHM TRIBE is an exciting and innovative world percussion band consisting of internationally acclaimed master percussionists including Indian, African, Egyptian, Latin and Western drumming traditions. A lively and unique blend of classical, tribal and funky grooves is ideal for intellectual audiences and dance festival crowds. DRUMATISED (an organisation promoting excellence in world drumming traditions)Professional musicians work with local Community groups, infant/junior and senior schools giving exposure and opportunity to young students to experience different music traditions. Learning various drumming rhythms of the world, hands on, composing and creating new pieces to perform live. Available for workshops, lectures and performances. The RAVI MUSIC COLLEGE is a leading institute of Indian Classical Music offering qualifications through examinations up to Masters Degree level. In collaboration with Birmingham Conservatoire, courses on Indian Music including Tabla, Sitar and Classical Vocal is offered to students of any age (7yrs +) with theoretical and practical lessons. Student exchange programs can be organised as well as lectures and music workshops.
