Mama Matrix formed in late 2005 united by their love of Balkan folk music. Fronted by charismatic songwriter Daz Dolczech  Mama Matrix have created their own unique brand of Balkan Punk, weaving latin grooves, rock, ska, psychedelia and free improvisation seamlessly into 3 minute pop song format.

They have transformed audiences into dancing frenzies at festivals, clubs and music venues in the U.K., Italy and Holland.

Recent highlights include support act for The Beat and Jethro Tull.
